She was married to Paul Hensley until his passing, and together they lovingly raised two children, who remained a central part of her life. Winnie’s journey of faith took root at Forest Avenue Baptist Church in Kansas City, where she accepted Jesus as her Savior and was baptized, solidifying her commitment to a life of service and spiritual devotion.
Her personality was characterized by her nurturing spirit and resilience.
