William Solomon Carter, 83, of Gladstone, MO passed away October 5, 2011. Funeral services are 2:00 pm Saturday October 8th at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home, with visitation preceding services 1:00 - 2:00 pm. Burial in Mount Moriah Terrace Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to NorthCare Hospice & Palliative Care.William was a Northland resident for 50 years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He worked at Ford Motor Company, retiring after 28 years of service. He truly loved country music. William was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie, and 2 sons, Bill and Tom. Survivors include his daughter, Delorse Carter Reinsch and son in law, Michael, 3 grandsons, Chris, Billy, and Justin Reinsch, and 2 great grandsons, Jacob and Ethan Reinsch.
