Walter Klamm

Walter O. Klamm Jr., 92, of Kansas City, Missouri died Thursday, September 12, 2019. He was born in Parkville, MO on November 17. 1926 to the Late Walter Sr. and Nellie (Friar) Klamm.

Walter, a modern day MacGyver, who loved spending time gardening and working in his shop. He retired from General Motors after 43 of service.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Betty (Carrender) Klamm, Daughters; Teresa and Nancy Klamm; Son, Norman (Susan) Klamm, 4 granddaughters; Heather Klamm, Whitney (Matthew) Williamson, Faith Klamm and Hope Klamm. Brothers Phillip (Shirley) Klamm, James Klamm; sisters Martha (George) Calvert and Dorothy Scurlock.

In addition to his parents, Walter is preceded in death by his sister, Helen Lamoy and Brothers Clarence William and John Klamm.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 11 AM at St. Therese Catholic Church 7207 NW Highway 9, Parkville, MO.  Visitation will begin at 10 AM at the church.
