Monday December 9, 2013 at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home 801 NW 108th St., Kansas City, MO 64155. Burial to follow in Mount Moriah Terrace Park Cemetery. . Vince was born December 12, 1947 in Roslyn, New York. He and Carol were married for forty-six years. He retired from Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad after over thirty years. He donated time to various local police departments for thirty years and worked with Boy Scouts of America. He was an Eagle Scout and a Warrior in the tribe of Mic-O-Say. He enjoyed riding his motor cycle throughout the country, scuba diving in the Caribbean, and he was a great fan of hockey. Survivors include his wife Carol Thompson, his son Christopher, and his two grandchildren Brooklynn and DJ.
