Timothy Lowrey

Timothy Earl “Timmy” Lowrey, 52, of Kansas City, MO died suddenly, on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. He was born April 20, 1965, in Kansas City, to Martha and the late Daniel Lowrey,

He was the loving son of Martha Lowrey and his step-daddy Ernie Ratcliffe; dear brother of Lisa (Dr. Jack) Smalley; Cherished uncle of River Smalley. Special longtime companion of Kristen Sloan and her daughter Taylor Le.  He is also survived by his other mother Judy Grant, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Timmy never met a stranger, he had a natural ability working with his hands, as a carpenter, and in other aspects of construction. He was always uniquely himself at all times. He was a gentle and caring individual—giving the ultimate gift of life as an organ donor.

In addition to his father, Timmy is preceded in death by his brother Steven Lowrey grandparents Irl and Martha Lowrey, other family members and dear friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 9, 2018 form 6-8:30 PM at Gashland Baptist Church; 601 NE Barry Rd, Kansas City, MO 64155. Funeral service will be Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 10 AM. Interment will follow at White Chapel Cemetery.
