Scott Sidesinger

Scott Charles Sidesinger, 69, of Platte City, MO passed away on February 13, 2022. He was born to the late Clarence Sidesinger and the late Nelda Sellers on May 29, 1952. He married the love of his life, Traci Shull on August 03, 1973.

He graduated from KU and was the president of the Alpha Kappa Lambda fraternity.

He spent many years working with title insurance at Chicago Title and Thompson Title.

Scott was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed listening to rock and roll music and spending time with his grandchildren. He was an avid fan of the Jayhawks, particularly basketball. He spent much of his time coaching his children through many of their sports activities growing up. He never met a stranger. Scott was a man who enjoyed laughing, often telling dad jokes to those around him. He loved his family with all his heart and will be missed dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife, Traci; daughter: Abby (Jeff) Holtkamp; son: Matthew (Annie) Sidesinger; grandchildren: Kaydence, Levi, Penelope, Jocelyn, and Isla; sisters: Charlotte (Larry) Mitchell, and Tamara (Tom)Truex; and brother: Chad (Anita) Sidesinger.
