Rose Kehs

Rose Kehs, 74, of Platte City, Missouri passed away December 18, 2013. Memorial Mass will be 11:00 am Saturday, December 21st at St. Therese Catholic Church, 7207 Northwest 9 Highway. Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 pm Friday at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home, 169 Highway & Shoal Creek Parkway. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the church or St. Luke's Hospice House, 4225 Baltimore, Kansas City, Missouri 64111.Rose was born August 12, 1939 in St. Joseph, Missouri, the youngest of six children. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 23 years, Donald Kehs, a fantastic daughter, Kathy Bailey, loving parents, Agnes and Andrew Jezak, brothers, Vincent and Joe. Survivors include her brother, Bernie and wife, Sally, sisters, Mary Ann, Frances and husband, Curtis, sister in law, Rose Marie, her children, Chris and wife, Jeanne, daughter, Teresa and husband, Neil, granddaughter, Maggie Youngs, granddaughter, Ashley Bailey, grandson, Dusty Bailey, great grandchildren, Dakota, Harleigh, Benton. Also surviving are stepchildren, step grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
