Roberta "Bobby" A. Cook

Roberta "Bobby" A. Cook passed away on June 18, 2024 surrounded by loved ones. She was born on July 04, 1939, in North Kansas City, MO to the late Robert and Hope (Thompson) Johnson. She married the love of her life, Wayne Francis Cook which led to many years of enjoyment together. 

Bobby had a love for Christ and was a member of the Park Hill Baptist Church. 

She was known for her passion for baking and her remarkable green thumb that brought life to many gardens. Those who knew Bobby could always recognize her presence by the cheerful tune of her whistling when she was in a good mood. Her late husband even named their family camp, "Whistle Hill," after her.

Bobby was preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Hope Johnson; her loving husband: Wayne Francis Cook; children: Lois Joann Cook, Ryan Dale Cook, and Lacey Hope Cook.

Surviving Bobby are her children: Robert and Lona Cook; grandchildren: Jeremy Cook, Micheal Cook, Jacob Cook, and Rachel Wright; 10 great grandchildren; brother: Harold “Butch” (Rita) Johnson; and many other family and friends.
