Robert Robinson Sr.

Robert “Bob” Lee Robinson Sr. 65, of Kansas City, MO, died suddenly at North Kansas City Hospital on Sunday, May 28, 2017. He was born in Kansas City, MO on September 12, 1951.
Bob, was one of ten children, he retired from the North Kansas City School District where he was a custodian at Northgate Elementary School. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps during Vietnam. He and his wife of 18 years, Jill, made their weekly rounds to Sam’s Club, the Bank and a daily trip to Burger King for breakfast.
He is survived by his wife Jill (Durden) Robinson; children; Loutishia Powell, Laura (Shane) Trealout and Robert Lee (Laura) Robinson Jr. Grandchildren; Anthony, Taya, Autumn, Nicholas, Emily, Tanner, Jailen, Skyler, Kristen and Marissa. Siblings; Clarence Robinson, Nana (Harry) Edwards, Carol Fuentez, Cherrie Robinson, Curtis (April) Robinson, Kenneth (Debra) Robinson and Tina (Melvin) Martinez.
In addition to his parents, Bob is preceded in death by his sisters Donna O’Donnell and Charlene Taylor.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 6-8 PM at Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO. Funeral service will be Friday, at 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment with military honors will follow at Terrace Park Cemetery.
