Robert H. “Bob” Hoffmeyer, 89, of Lake Waukomis, Mo passed away October 27, 2015. A memorial visitation will be 2:00 – 3:30 pm Sunday November 1st at Terrace Park Cemetery Lakeside Chapel (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek Parkway). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Paralyzed Veterans of America or Continua Hospice.
Bob was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was an architectural draftsman in the early years for the state of Missouri in Jefferson City, and later with Southwestern Bell. Bob was devoted to his family, and loved living on the lake and all things about golf. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Gladys Hoffmeyer, brother, Oscar Hoffmeyer, Jr., sister, Rosemary Brubaker, and son in law, Bill Kirk. Survivors include his daughters, Dara (Larry) Russell, Tana (Eric) Cloepfil, Jody Kirk, sister, Carolyn Jean Bunch, 5 grandchildren and spouses, and 6 great grandchildren.
