Robert Lee Duncan of Weatherby Lake, Missouri went home to be with the Lord on May 3. He died at the age of 83 following an illness; he was surrounded by family. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday May 6th at Terrace Park Funeral Home (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek Prkwy), visitation will precede services 10:00-11:00 am. Burial in Terrace Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Metro Baptist Church.
Bob was born on January 18, 1932 in Kansas City, Missouri. He and Maxine were married on November 29, 1984 and Bob continued to work for Ford Motor Company until his retirement in 1995 after 30 years of service. He enjoyed working in the lawn, gardening, planting trees, the horses they had for many years and going to the movies.
He is survived by his wife Maxine, stepson Dennis (Carol) Jones, stepdaughter Diana (Bob) Grier, step grandchildren Amy Pence (Scott) Groshans, Bradley (Mandy) Kendzora, Angela Kendzora, a nephew, nieces, and cousins. He was preceded in death by both of his parents, George and Marguerite Yates Duncan, his sister Donna, and his stepdaughter Linda Kendzora. On line condolences may be sent to TerraceParkFuneral.com.
