Reba Asby

Reba Dianne Asby took her place in Heaven on August 3, 2011 after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis.  Her family was by her side.  Dianne was born July 22, 1952 in Clarksville, TN to Grover & Betty Gambreal.  She was a floral designer by trade and loved music, singing, dancing and most importantly, her family.  She married David Asby on November 25, 1972 and gave birth to a son, Christopher on January 5, 1975.  He was the light of her life.  Dianne leaves behind her parents, Grover and Betty, a sister Patricia Gambreal and partner Joy Beyl, husband David, son Christopher and his wife Michelle.  Her legacy includes three grandchildren, Avry, Brayden and Addison Asby.  Dianne gave great joy and purpose to many and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.  Visitation is scheduled at Mount Moriah Terrace Park North at 2 pm on Sunday, August 7, 2011 with a memorial service at 3 pm.  Dianne loved her work in the floral industry, so flowers are not discouraged, but donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society are most appreciated and preferred.Arrangements under the direction of Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home; 801 N.W. 108th Street; Kansas City, MO.
