Peggy Blazer

Peggy Pauline Blazer, 82, of Weatherby Lake, Missouri died on June 7, 2012 at New Mark Care Center.  Funeral Service will be 2 pm on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at Mount Moriah Terrace Park.  Burial immediately following at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Cemetery.  Visitation will be 1 pm on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at the funeral home.  Contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice or New Mark Care Center.  Peggy was born on November 5, 1929 in Perry, Oklahoma.  She worked in workman's compensation claims, college placement, held 2 secretarial positions and owned Supportive Office Services, Inc.   In her love for God, she held several church positions, including youth leader of two generations.  She served her community through the Patrician Club, Platte County Women's Exchange, Weatherby Lake Woman's Club and newsletter.  She was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.  Peggy is preceded in death by her husband, Robert J.T. Blazer, half brother and sister, Jack Talbert and Thelma Luhman.  Survivors include her daughter Avis Lash (Brian), and 2 grandchildren Alex, and Claire.Arrangements under the direction of Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home;  801 N.W. 108th Street; Kansas City, MO (816) 734-5500
