OWEN CHRISTOPHER THOMAS BLAKE
Owen Christopher Thomas Blake was born December 22, 2015 at Children’s Mercy Hospital. He passed away all too soon December 30, 2015 due to a rare genetic disorder. Owen was a child of God by the Sacrament of baptism and confirmation. In his short time here on Earth, he touched the lives of many and made his love known. Although he was taken much too soon, he was loved and surrounded by his family every step of the way.
Those left to cherish Owen’s memory include his parents; Chris and Hannah, brother; Weston Mays, maternal and paternal grandparents, great-grandparents, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 4, 2015 from 9-9:45 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Church (31st & The Paseo Blvd.) 3106 Flora, KCMO. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 AM. A reception will follow at the church. Burial will take place at 2 PM in Terrace Park Cemetery, Garden of Little Angels.
