She loved sports; a young softball player and casual trout fisher, and teams such as the Kansas City Chiefs and the Royals. She was a foodie and a travel enthusiast. Her heart is in San Diego, the location of her honeymoon and family trips. Often, Nikki loved to go on roaring river trips with her father. She ran 5k’s and marathons. She loved fitness and health.
