"Nettie" Louise Schwartzbauer

“Nettie” Louise Schwartzbauer, 85, of Gladstone, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023. She was born on February 27, 1937, in Kansas City, Missouri to Arthur L. and M. Louise (Kennedy) Mullins. She married Doren Schwartzbauer on June 17, 1961. She was proceeded in death by her parents & husband.

Nettie lived a very active life. As her first job, she was a dance instructor. Then, she moved on to working as a secretary at TWA for over 10 years. Later, she worked for Conoco Oil. In addition, she was the past matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Alpha Chapter 507.  She also served on the Gladstone Recycling Committee. Doren & Louise were past board members of the Pontiac-Oakland Club International (car club).

She is survived by her daughters: Kathleen (Edward) Crow and Kelly Schwartzbauer; grandsons: James and William Crow. Extended family includes: Charlene Wickam and Jonothan Crouch; Lola Wickam; Jerry and Bonnie Wickam (sons: Kurt, Justin, Kent); Susan Boyce; Hui Cha Carpenter. In addition: many more family and friends.
