Murl C. Howard, 86, of Kansas City, Mo passed away September 6, 2014. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Thursday September 11th at Christ Lutheran Church, 6700 NW 72nd Street, Kansas City, with visitation preceding services 10:00 – 11:00 am. Burial in Terrace Park Cemetery, Kansas City. Memorial contributions to Christ Lutheran Church.
Murl was born in Sagrada, Mo and was a 1945 graduate of Cole Camp High School. He was a Marine veteran of World War II. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church for 52 years. He retired after over 42 years of service as an auto mechanic, working at Markel Buick, John Chezik Buick and Randy Reid Buick. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, 2 brothers, and 3 sisters. Survivors include his sons and daughters in law, Jim and Peggy Howard, Liberty, Mo, Mark and Cindy Howard, Liberty, Mo, 5 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
