Max Stevens

Max Roland Stevens, 83, passed away on November 8, 2018.

Max was born on December, 1 1934 in New Hampton, Missouri to Sam and Helen Stevens. He grew up on a farm in Martinsville, MO. He joined the Army National Guard and upon his discharge he started his career in construction and driving for Scully mobile oil stations until he retired at 59 in Foley, Alabama. Max had many hobbies and pastimes like tending to his rose garden, watching the Kansas City Chiefs and Nascar, fishing, traveling in his RV and spending time with friends and family.

Max is preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn and will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by Betty Henry; his son; Jeff (Monika) Stevens; step sons, Mike and Dennis White; and grandchild, Eli and great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at Terrace Park Cemetery - Lakeside Chapel on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 2:00 pm, with a visitation one hour prior.
