Matt Trembly passed away unexpectedly at home November 13, 2015, at the age of 51. He is survived by his loving wife, Angela (Angee); children, Austin Trembly, Alyssa Register (Phillip) , Michael Affolter (Crista) and David Affolter (Ashlee); mother, Patricia Trembly; siblings, Mark Trembly (Lisa), Beth Lee (Vince), and Amy Drawe; grandsons, Lucas Affolter and Caden Register. He is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Trembly.
Matt was born August 15, 1964 to Lawrence and Patricia Trembly. He was a member of Boy Scout Troop 180 and the Tribe of Mic-O-Say. He graduated from Oak Park in 1983. Matt and Angee were married September 10, 2001. He was a past Lecturing Knight for the Elks Lodge 2376. He was a coach for baseball and Pop Warner football for his sons. He worked for Johnson Controls Inc. in Riverside and was a proud Union Autoworker. He was a diehard Chiefs fan. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM on 11/17/15. Rosary will be said at 7pm at Terrace Park Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10am on 11/18/15 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, Matt’s family request contributions for his grandson’s future in c/o Terrace Park Funeral Home.
Lastly, in celebration of Matt’s life, his one request was everyone wear Kansas City Chiefs attire.
