Mary Robertson

Mary LaVerne Robertson, 81, of Kansas City, MO passed away on November 4, 2021.

Mary was born on April Fool's Day in 1940 to parents, J.D. and Lucinda Arnold. She grew up on her family’s farm in Clinton, MO and graduated from Central High School. After school, she moved to the Kansas City area where she met and married Kenneth Nauss. She was united in marriage to Kenneth in Kansas City before he preceded her in death in 1985. Kenneth and Mary had three children together; Kristine, Debbie and Kenny. She was united in marriage to Clarence “Robbie” Robertson in 1991 and they celebrated many years of marriage before he preceded her in death in 2002. She retired from Commerce Bank where she worked for many years in the check coding department. Mary spent her free time watching her favorite John Wayne movies, playing video poker games, completing word searches and spending time with her loving family and golden retriever.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Kenneth, her husband Robbie and her three older siblings. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her children, Kristine (Jerry) Ferguson, Debbie (Richard) Anderson, and Kenny (Kristy) Nauss; and her grandchildren; Adam, Jessica, Tyler, Kyle, Amanda, Alyssa and Jennifer along with 2 great grandchildren; Brynn and Kason.

Services will be held at Terrace Park Funeral Home & Cemetery on Monday, November 8, with the visitation from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, followed by the funeral service and burial.  The funeral service will be available via live stream and recording at https://event.forgetmenotceremonies.com/ceremony?c=2e1e93e5-fdb4-4caf-95d6-3fa965496b61 .
