Marilyn Noble, 79, of Kansas City, MO, died at North Kansas City Hospital on Saturday, May 30, 2015. She was born April 25, 1936 in New Market, Iowa to the late Orie and Oneita (Brown) Woldruff.
She was a quiet family oriented woman who loved bingo, driving fast and boating—even though she was afraid of the water—and was a member of VFW Post 18 Ladies Auxiliary. Marilyn is preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Charles Noble who died in 1995.
Marilyn was a loving mother and grandmother of Karen (John) Bartlett, their children Melissa and Daniel and his wife Margie; Del Noble, David Noble and John (Caralyne) Noble and their children Sydney and Charlie; Marilyn Frakes, her children Lori and Darin; C.W. (Diane) Noble and their son Joseph; and the late Garald Noble and his son who survives him Jeremy. She was also the dear sister of Robert (Wanda) Woldruff and the late Darleen Woldruff and Leona (Lloyd) Oxley. She was a dear aunt, cousin and friend.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 9:30 AM until time of service at 10:30AM at Terrace Park Funeral Home; 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO. Interment will be at 3 PM at Englewood Cemetery in Clinton, MO. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project 7400 College Boulevard, Suite 350
