Margie L. Estill 83 of Kansas City, Mo passed away on January 18, 2013.Memorial Service will be at 5:30 PM Saturday January 26, 2013 at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home. With the visitation at the funeral home from 4:30-5:30 PM.Memorial contributions may be made to the Saint Lukes Neurological Institute in lieu of flowers.Margie was born July 14, 1929 in Jefferson City, MO. She attended the University of Missouri in Columbia and also attended Jr. College in Kansas City MO.On July 5, 1952 she married Lloyd Estill and had three children Carolyn, Sandra, and Daniel. The family spent their early years in Missouri, Colorado, and California before Margie and Lloyd retired to Greers Ferry, AR. It was in Arkansas that Lloyd and Margie became Gate Keepers at Greers Ferry Lake. Margie held several jobs in her life but her primary job was that of homemaker for the family. She was involved in Girl Scouts and loved crafts. She was a faithful member of her church where she enjoyed being a part of the Womens Bible Study. Her pride and joy was her one grand daughter and she was very proud to have recently become a great grandmother. She had just recently moved to Kansas City to be close to family with her husband.She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Mildred Linville, her brother Robert Linville, her daughter Sandra Estill and her son Daniel Estill.Survivors include her husband Lloyd Estill, daughter Carolyn Lindquist, granddaughter Heather Sweere and husband Tom, and great grand son William Fox Sweere; sisters Barbra Godi, Cathie Gabaldon and sister-in-law Terry Linville as well as several nieces and nephews.
