Marcia Kay Crawford (7/20/46 – 9/4/21)

Marcia passed away on Saturday September 4, 2021 at the age of 75.   At the time she was a resident of Liberty Health and Wellness in Liberty, Missouri. We thank them for the wonderful care and attention they gave to her during this time.

Marcia was born in Flint Michigan on July 20, 1946 and was the second child of William and Beatrice Lander.  She was always a beautiful person with a passion for life.

Marcia would always chase her dreams, which put her family on a trek across America in a carpeted van with the goal of ending up in Hawaii.  Throughout her life she was drawn to water and loved being by the ocean.  She lived her life with passion and love for all around her – especially her husband and family.

Marcia is survived by her husband of fifty-three years - David; her children - Scott and Laura (daughter-in-law), Mandee, and Molly; her grandchildren - Makena, Maili, and Palmer; and her brother - Brian.

The family has planned a celebration of life to be held on October 9th at the home of Scott and Laura Crawford (7905 NW 76th Pl, Kansas City, MO 64152) for a gathering of Friends and Family from 2pm-5pm. We welcome anyone who would like to attend. The family appreciates all who have reached out in support.
