Lora Jean Minor, 83, of Kansas City, Mo passed away September 26, 2014. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday October 1st at Terrace Park Cemetery Glassed Chapel, 801 NW 108th Street, with visitation preceding services 1:00 – 2:00 pm. Burial in Terrace Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to NorthCare Hospice or Alzheimer’s Assn.
Lora Jean was preceded in death by her husband, William Minor Jr., brother, Gaylen Lee Shoemaker, nephew, Jeff Shoemaker, father, Leslie Shoemaker, mother, Rowena Stutzman Shoemaker. Survivors include her daughters, Debra Phillips, Cheryl Minor, granddaughter, Laura Ashley Aboud, sister in law, Kathleen Shoemaker, nephew, Carl Shoemaker and great niece, Autumn Shoemaker.
