LeeAnn Rothschild Ballew Pack, 82, of Smithville, Missouri passed away on August 7, 2023.

LeeAnn was born on May 1, 1941 in Kansas City, Missouri to Bert Rothschild and Mary Margaret (Hill) Rothschild. She attended grade school at Henry Crump and graduated from Paseo High School. LeeAnn married Stephen Ballew in January of 1958, and had four children. They lived in Denver, Colorado, Little Rock, Arkansas, and Topeka, Kansas. LeeAnn and Stephen divorced after 12 years of marriage. On March 8, 1969, she married Glenn Franklin Pack and she gained two stepsons. They lived in North Kansas City until 1979 when they moved to Platte County North. LeeAnn worked as a teller at First Bank of Missouri for seven years, and then Citizen Bank for eight years, retiring in 2002. They made their final move to Smithville, Missouri in 2012.

LeeAnn is preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Mary and Harold Mygatt; father and stepmother, Bert and Roe Rothschild; son, Michael Ballew in 2016; daughter, Cynthia Ballew Tuckness Boston in 2022; son, Stephen Ballew in 2022; and granddaughter, Melinda Ballew in 1994.

She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her husband of 54 years, Glenn Pack; daughter, Karen (Jimmy) Hagen; stepsons, Wayne and Ronald Pack; brothers, Phillip (Sandy) Rothschild of Boston, MA and Richard (Paula) Rothschild; sisters, Carol (David) Rothschild Bettison and Patricia Mygatt Stover; stepbrothers, Jimmy and Victor Mygatt; stepsister, Margaret Mygatt Smith; 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren (with one on the way); and many extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Terrace Park Funeral Home & Cemetery on Saturday, August 12, 2023 with visitation at 10am, followed by the funeral service at 11am, and burial. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kansas City Hospice House.
