Judith Glass

Judith Allene Glass, 71, of Kansas City, North, died unexpectedly at home in the early morning of March 24, 2012.She was born July 18, 1940, in Kansas City, Missouri, and graduated from North Kansas City High School in 1958.  She attended Central Missouri State College and was married to Dwayne Glass on August 13, 1960.  Their loving union lasted 51 wonderful years.Judy was preceded in death by her parents James and Gladys Waits and brother Donald Waits.She leaves behind her husband Dwayne of the home, son Gregory and wife Shannon, son Andrew and wife Jamie, and five grandchildren, Hayden, Ethan, Emery, Mallory and Margaret.  She also leaves dear friends and sister-in-laws, Pamela Davison (Don) and Sandra Browning (Scott), as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.Judy loved her family and her many dear friends, playing bridge, and traveling.  She was an active member of Fairview Christian Church.She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to many.  We all miss her terribly and ask for God's prayers in this time of suffering.A visitation will be held Thursday, March 29, at 5pm and memorial service following at 7pm, at Fairview Christian Church, 1800 NE 65th Street, Gladstone, MO.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the church.
