John Thompson, 45, of KCMO, passed away on May 14, 2016. He was born Aug. 19, 1970 in North Kansas City to Jerry and Carol (Crane) Thompson.
John loved to watch sports, and supported all of the Kansas City Teams. He was a fan of Mizzou and frequently made it to watch his nephews play in their sporting events. John also had a love for animals, especially the dogs that he had adopted from the animal shelter.
John is preceded in death by his father, Jerry. Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Carol Thompson; brother, Mike and wife Kelley Thompson and nephews, Zach and Nate Thompson.
A gathering will take place Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 9-11 AM at Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) KCMO.
