Joan Finck

Joan Harper Finck, wife of Sylvester J. Finck, of Kansas City, MO passed away peacefully October 19, 2014 surrounded by her family; Joan was 85. Her funeral service will be held 11:00am, Saturday, October 25th with visitation one hour prior at the Terrace Park Lake Side Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to NorthCare Hospice. She was born January 11, 1929 in Forbes, MO. She was a full-time Granny and retired from Civil Service. Joan was a generous giver to her family and community. She is preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Sylvester Finck and sister, Lydia Jackson. She is survived by her three children, Joy Schroth (Hank), Toni Heuer (Greg) and David Finck (Linda); grandchildren, Gregory Schroth, Evan Heuer, Sylvester Finck, Nicholas Finck and Kelsey Heuer.
