Jill Elizabeth Hall-Horn, 47, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at Menorah Hospital. Jill was born August 24, 1970 to Gerry and Theo “Teddi” (Hadley) Hall in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from Shawnee Mission East in 1989. On June 24th, 2005 she married Wymon Horn in Platte County. Jill worked as a clerk for Estes Trucking. In her free time Jill enjoyed researching family genealogy and touring museums with Wymon. Jill also loved all things outdoors including gardening and had fond memories of riding her favorite horse named Bo. She loved her time spent with family and fur babies. Jill will be remembered for her big heart and her kindness that she always shared.
Jill is survived by both her parents, her husband of 12 years, three step sons; John, Brandon, and Aaron Horn, three grandchildren; Bryson, Bain, and John Horn, her brother, Todd (Sherry) Hall, niece Becca Hall and nephews; Collin and Jake Hall. She is also survived by her grandma, Frieda Hadley, and fur baby Betty, and many loving aunts and uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be Friday, November 17, 2016 from 6-8 PM at Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO. Funeral service will be Saturday at 11 AM at Calvary Lutheran Church, 7500 Oak St, Kansas City, MO. Interment will follow at Terrace Park Cemetery.
