Jean Moss, 80, of Parkville, MO, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2015. She was born February 24, 1934 in Seneca, KS to the late Peter and Minnie (Boeckman) Kongs.
Jean loved flowers, was a member of the Garden Chatter Club in Parkville, and was a devoted member of St. Therese Parish, for over 50 years.
She was the loving mother of; Dean Moss, Janet (Vernon) Christensen and Mark (Jody) Moss; cherished grandma of Brent and Lauren Christensen, Jessica Hanner and Matthew Moss. Dear sister of Elaine Flynn and Cyril Kongs and beloved friend of Doti Brown and Dottie Cooper and dear wife of nearly 50 years to the late Donald R. Moss, who passed away in 2005.
Funeral Service will be 11 AM on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Terrace Park Funeral Home 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek), Kansas City, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
