Jean Chapman

Jean E. Chapman, 88, passed away on Thursday March 27, 2014 at NorthCare Hospice in  North Kansas City, MO.Visitation will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home with 2:00 pm graveside services in the Mount Moriah Terrace Park Cemetery. Jean was born on March 2, 1926 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  She met and later married her husband Tom, in 1945. He preceded her in death in 2003.She is survived by her three children, Dr. Bradley K. Chapman and wife Madge of The Villages, FL; Scot T. Chapman and wife Maureen of Grand Blanc, Michigan and their sons, Andrew Chapman and wife Brooke and twin sons, Lincoln and Graeme of Traverse City, Michigan and Austin Chapman of Berkley, Michigan, her daughter, Sandra J. Saylock and husband Michael and their son Pierce, reside in Kansas City, Missouri.Arrangements under the direction of Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home, Kansas City, MO.
