JAMES F. BIRDSELL
James F. Birdsell, 72, passed away with his family by his side on January 8, 2016 after battling lung cancer. He was born February 18, 1943 in Jewell County, Kansas to Oscar Vernon and Hazel Gwendine Birdsell.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Barbara, also by four brothers and two sisters; Daniel (Patricia) Birdsell, Vicki (Robert) Moyer, Louise (Ricky) Smith, William (Carol) Birdsell, Benjamin Birdsell, Richard (Shari) Birdsell and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and five brothers; Roger Eugene, Stephen Bret, Bazil Vernon, Louis Arthur and Philip Dick Birdsell.
Visitation will be Monday January 11, 2016 from 5-7 PM at Terrace Park Funeral Home; 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO. Burial in Dodge City, Kansas.
