Jacquelyn Roberts

Jacquelyn Sue Roberts (Culp-Norton), 81, of Independence, MO passed away on October 18, 2018. She was born on February 17, 1937 to Frank and Opal Culp in St. Joseph, MO. She graduated from St. Joseph Central high school in 1955.

She married John Norton in 1957 and they had six children. Jackie was a devoted mother and especially enjoyed attending her children's sporting events. She briefly worked at National Bella Hess, Public Finance, Ace Electric, and K.W. Dart. She studied at Kansas City Business college for one year and then became employed at NASB, where she worked for 20 years as a teller.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jim Culp; and nephew, Randy Culp.

She is survived by her brother, Dan (Jean) Culp; sons, Mike, Pat, Tim, and Chris (Carolyn); daughters, Kim and Kelly; 5 grandkids and numerous step-grandkids and great grandkids.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 6-8pm at Terrace Park Funeral Home; with funeral services held the next day at 10:00am and burial immediately following at Terrace Park Cemetery.
