Gene Grant Booth

Gene Grant Booth, 85, died March 29, 2012. Gene was born October 4, 1926 near Cainsville, MO to Emmit and Bertha (Johnson) Booth. Gene married Leila Hamilton on February 29, 1948. Leila preceded him in death in 2008. Gene is survived by 2 sons, Mike and wife, Angie Booth and Ron and wife, Ellen Booth; 4 grandchildren, Brett and wife, Jennifer Booth, Brooke and husband, Collin Ruth, Avery Booth and Leah Booth; 1 great-granddaughter, Samantha Booth; 1 sister, Bonnie Davis and 1 brother, Charlie Booth. Gene was a World War II Army veteran. He worked for TWA from 1955-1986. He was a member of Hillsboro Christian Church and he attended Antioch Bible Baptist Church.Visitation is 9:30-11:00 a.m. Monday, April 2 at Mt. Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home followed by service at 11:00 at the Mt. Moriah Terrace Park Interment Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Gene's name may be made to Hillsboro Christian Church; P.O.
