Gloria (Mills) Gauert

Gloria "Oskie" (Mills) Gauert, 79, of Trimble, MO passed away September 2, 2012. Oskie was born December 7, 1932 in Kansas City, MO and lived there most of her life. She graduated from East High School in 1951 and was employed by Sears until her retirement in 1983. She also was co-owner of Barry Trails Liquor Store. Oskie was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church; where she helped as Sunday school teacher and secretary. She was preceded in death by 3 sons, Rick, Gary and Tim Gauert and sister, Mary Lee Uptegrove. Survivors include her husband, Richard Gauert; granddaughter, Andrea Kennison and her husband, Owen; 2 great-granddaughters, Hannah and Laney and 1 brother, Bill "Buddy" Mills.  Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Thursday, September 6 and the funeral service is 2 p.m. Friday, September 7 at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home.
