Glenn Richard Welton, 84 of Excelsior Springs, Mo passed away May 18, 2015. Funeral services are 11:00 am Friday May 22nd at the First United Methodist Church of Excelsior Springs, 1650 Rainbow Blvd. Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday at the church.
