Germaine Turner

Germaine M. Turner, 82, of Gladstone, Missouri passed away Saturday, November 23, 2013. Funeral will be at  9:00 AM,  Friday , November 29, 2013, at St. Charles Borromeo Parish, 900 NE Shady Lane Drive, burial in Mount Moriah Terrace Park Cemetery.  Friends may call at 8:00 AM at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lymphoma/Leukemia Society. Mrs. Turner was born December 23, 1930, in Parkville, Missouri. She was a 1949 graduate of North Kansas City High School. She was retired from McPike Drug Co. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, James K. Turner, her high school sweetheart, her parents,  Adolph & Julia Strobbe, sister, Betty Lowe, grandson, Jamey Turner and great-grandson, Ryan Turner. Survivors include sons, Bob (Jan), Ron, Steve (Becky) and daughter, Susan (Brian) Padilla, sisters, Margaret Borland, Eileen Shearer and Nadine Jolley, 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
