G. Alma Ziegler, 84, of Kansas City, MO passed away February 18, 2015. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Monday February 23rd at Terrace Park Funeral (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek Pkwy), with visitation 2:00 – 4:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Burial in Terrace Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to NorthCare Hospice House or the Shriners Children’s Hospital.
Alma moved to Kansas City from St. Louis in 1966 with her husband Bob. She became active in the Shrine and credit unions, primarily Burlington Northtown Community Credit Union. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, sister and friend to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Bob, and a son, Robert. Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Deborah and Bill Fortner, daughter in law, Susan Ziegler, brother in law, Gregg Kettler, 5 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
