Franklyn William Pogge

Frank Pogge, 81, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023. He was born January 24, 1942, in Council Bluffs, Iowa to the late Francis and Leah (Bailey) Pogge.

Frank was a chemical engineer and retired as the Director of the Kansas City Water Department after 44 years of service.

He is survived by his daughter Stephanie and her husband Scott Watson, granddaughter Alyssa Watson, Nephew Joshua Dotson, Brothers Gerald, Terry, Michael, Dennis, and Edward Pogge.

In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Donna.

Services will be private. Inurnment will be with his wife in Terrace Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are encouraged to the North East Missouri/Northwest Kansas chapter of the Girl Scouts.
