Ethel "Reva" Malott, 88, passed away on Friday, May 6th, 2016.
She had been fighting Alzheimer's for several years. She was born in Kansas City, KS on August 25, 1927, to Gertrude G. Edmonds and Ashby F. Edmonds Jr.; she was one of ten children.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Myron "Poodle" G. Malott, and her siblings, Buster, Wallace, David, Richard and Ruby. Reva leaves behind four siblings Ashby III (Shirley) Edmonds, Kenneth (Joy) Edmonds, Evelyn (Austin) Colley and Janice Carmichael, three children Larry and wife Lesley of Platte City, Sheryl and husband Deon of Kansas City and Glenn and wife Julie of Platte City, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation and Tribute to Reva will be Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Terrace Park Funeral Home 801 NW 108th Street (Shoal Creek Parkway) Kansas City, MO 64155 from 5-7 PM. Burial will be Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 10:00 AM. In Lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer's Association 3846 W 75th Street Prairie Village, KS 66208.
