Ellie Justis

Ellie Kay Justis, passed away on May 5, 2021. Ellie was born February 25, 1966 in Kansas City, MO. She was a graduate of North Kansas City High school and afterwards attended Maplewoods Community College and Bringham Young University. Ellie spent many years working as an accountant for Missouri Poster and Sign company. She was a proud member of the LDS church and even spent a short time serving as a missionary in Neveda. Ellie was an avid animal lover, especially koala bears and her beloved cats.

Ellie is preceded in death by her father, Franklin Lee Justis and mother, Patricia K. Justis. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her brother, Lee Justis; nephews, Douglas Lee and Cody Nithanel Justis; uncle, Jack Pitzer, cousins, Tisha, Leyton and their children.

Funeral services will be held at Southside Baptist Church in Smithville, MO on Saturday, May 15th at 11:00am, with a visitation held one hour prior, and burial following at Terrace Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Southside Baptist.
