Dr. Romanito Anabeza Tadeo

Dr. Romanito Tadeo, widower of Lilian Tadeo, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024, at his home in Lexington in the presence of his children and close friend, Ray. Born August 23, 1931, in Romblon, Philippines, to the late Angel and Maria Tadeo, he was the youngest of nine children. Romanito was as an anesthesiologist in Kansas City, Missouri, and a member of Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary Church. He is survived by his three children, Romina of Los Angeles, Ria (Jonathan) and Ramon of Lexington, as well his grandchildren Kai, Jack and Lily. He enjoyed laughing with friends, adopting animals with special needs, and giving to charitable organizations and individuals in need.

A mass will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary. Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm Friday, November 22, 2024, at Kerr Brothers-Harrodsburg Road. Graveside service will be Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 1PM at Terrace Park Cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, he had hoped for any donations to go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, one of his favorite charities.
