Donna R. Burkhead, 80, of Haslet, TX, (formerly of Kansas City, MO) passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 11 at Mount Moriah Terrace Park. Visitation is 2:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 10 at the funeral home. Interment at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Community Hospice of Texas in Fort Worth. Burkhead in 2006.
