Donald Eugene Kelley, Sr., 87, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away June 14, 2017. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Saturday, June 17th at Terrace Park Lakeside Chapel, 169 HWY & Shoal Creek Pkwy. Visitation will be an hour prior from 3:00-4:00 PM. Burial in Terrace Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Wayside Waifs, 3901 Martha Truman Road, KCMO 64137.
Donald was born May 14, 1930 in Sedalia, MO. He was a loving husband and father, who took pride in his job as an airline mechanic with TWA. He enjoyed reading, movies and especially traveling. He was a member of W.A.C.A. - World Airlines Clubs Association. Donald and his wife Pauline loved traveling the world extensively to over 90 countries, and taking over 40 cruises through the years.
Donald is preceded by his wife of 65 years, Pauline June Kelley; son, Donald E. Kelley, Jr.; 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Survivors include his son, Steven Alan Kelley and spouse, Johnny Hinojosa; sisters, Joyce Smith and husband Ray and Norma Castellaneta and husband Fred and many nieces and nephews.
