Delos Kringle

Delos Raymond Kringle, Nickname Kris, age 60, of Kansas City, MO passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013 at his home from Cancer.  Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home 801 NW 108th St., Kansas City, MO 64155.  Burial in Mount Moriah Terrace Park Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. prior to the service.Mr. Delos Kringle was born  March 26, 1952 in Dubuque, Iowa.  Born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa, he met his wife Laura.  The couple was married February 19, 1977 and moved to Kansas City, Missouri where they raised their family.  Delos worked as a conductor and engineer with the Canadian Pacific Railroad for 44 years.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter.  Delos traveled throughout the United States and Canada for work, making many friends along the way.  He loved a good joke, playing bingo with his friend Tom, and was a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan.Delos was preceded in death by his mother and father, Delos and Mary Kringle.  His brothers Ken and Loren; and his daughter Elizabeth Mary Kringle.He is survived by his wife Laura, his daughters Jill Kringle and Sarah Thomas.  His son-in-law Cody Thomas; granddaughter Brooke Elizabeth Thomas; Sisters Deb, Kim, Diane, Kathy, and Sharon.  Delos is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
