David (Dave) Yazell

David (Dave) A. Yazell, 59, of Gladstone , Mo passed away June 26, 2015. Dave was married to the love of his life, Debbie Smith Yazell for 32 years. He was the past President of Northaven 2 Neighborhood. He was extremely proud of his family and truly enjoyed spending time with them and traveling. Dave was a Business Development Specialist at the US Postal Service working at the KCMO plant and the District office for 32 years. He made many, many friends, both fellow employees and clients.  Survivors include his wife, Debbie Yazell, son, Barry Wayne Blackburn, and wife, Angela, daughter, Jennifer Suzanne Russell, 5 grandchildren, Lauren Blackburn, Kameron Bray, Wesley Russell, Kayleen Blackburn, Brittany Scofield, 5 brothers, Douglas Avery, Donald Yazell, Dale Yazell, Dennis Yazell, and Greg Yazell. Dave requested no funeral but instead a Celebration of Life, to be held at their home on Saturday August 1st from 2:00 – 6:00 pm. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Lung Assn.
