David Jester

David L. Jester, 71, of Gladstone, MO died on Monday, November 11, 2019.  He was born July 25, 1948, in Kansas City, MO to the late John and Ruth (Joplin) Jester.

He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam, was a past commander of VFW Post 4050 and then member of Gladstone Post 10906.  He worked for the North Kansas City School District in the warehouse for 25 years. He loved being outdoors especially being on the water fishing.  On September 19, 1970, he married Susan Masyga. Together they had two children Tammy and Vince.

In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by his 2 sisters.

Visitation will be Monday, November 18, 2019 beginning at 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM all at Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO. Interment with military honors will follow at Terrace Park Cemetery.
