David Grado Sr.

David Anthony Grado Sr., 65, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on September 12, 2022.

He was born on March 31, 1957 in Kansas City to Robert "Rabbi" Sr. and Phyllis Grado.

David was a natural entertainer, who enjoyed DJ'ing - playing his favorite oldies and Tejano music, and showing off his singing abilities at karaoke. He also loved watching the Kansas City Chiefs.

David is preceded in death by his parents. He will be greatly missed by his children, Tina (Jose) Alaniz, Angelia (Ruben) Acosta, David (Brinkley) Grado Jr., Nicholas Grado, Michael Grado, Tony Joe Grado, Selena Grado and Monica Grado; 19 grandchildren and one great grandchild; siblings, Linda (Jose) Frias, Robert (Lilly) Grado Jr., Bernie (Christine) Grado, Sally (Frank Clark) Gasca-Grado and Irene (Cosme) Anzua; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Sacred Heart Guadalupe Parish, 2544 Madison Ave Kansas City, MO 64108, on Friday September 23rd, with visitation from 9am - 11am, followed immediately by the funeral service at 11am. Flowers may be sent from Sara's Flowers (https://www.sarasflowers.org/).
