CODY JAMES SESTRICH
Cody James Sestrich, 19, of Liberty, MO, passed away unexpectedly January 14, 2016. Cody was born February 26, 1996 in Joplin, MO to Jimmy Sestrich and Jennifer Decker. He graduated from Olathe NW High School in 2014 and had plans to join the Marines. He was an avid lover of all things sports and he loved life. He loved his family even more.
Cody is preceded in death by his grandpa, Robert James Sestrich.
Those left to cherish his memory include his parents: James Lee (Kristina) Sestrich and Jennifer (Mike) Decker Mitchell, sisters: Victoria Jane Sestrich and Lauren Fayth Mitchell, grandparents: Richard and Janie Decker, Sharon Ann Sestrich, Kathy and Dennis Pruitt, great-grandparents: Marguerite Woods, Salvatore and Teresa Mentesana and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Cody will missed and remembered by his countless number of friends as well.
Visitation will be Monday, January 18, 2016 from 1-2:30 PM at Terrace Park Funeral Home; 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO. Funeral services will begin at 2:30 PM. Private burial to follow in Terrace Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Cody’s memory to a charity of your choosing.
