Charles Kauffman

Charles Robert Kauffman, 74, passed away November 7, 2010 at his home outside Rockville, MO. He is survived by his wife, Alice; son, Robby (Ellen); daughter, Brenda (Max); brother, Larry; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and lots of friends.Charles was always eager to learn. He went back to school at age 37 and became a building Trades Instructor for Appleton City School from 1976-1979. He went from Appleton City to Olathe, KS teaching in Vocational Building Trades from 1979-1999. He then retired and moved permanently to their home outside Rockville, MO.   He loved working on little projects outside when home.  He and Alice took many fishing trips together. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lois and Lawrence and brother, Billy. He will be dearly missed and always remembered.
